Use of this website
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Descriptions of work, timelines and pricing ranges are illustrative and do not form a contract.
Estimates
Estimates are free and are provided after an inspection or consultation. An estimate is valid for 30 days and may be revised if hidden conditions such as rot, water damage or code issues are discovered once work begins. Any change is documented and approved by you before it is performed.
Scheduling and weather
Exterior work is weather dependent. We will communicate schedule changes as early as possible and reschedule at no additional cost when conditions make safe work impossible.
Payment
Payment terms, deposits and milestone schedules are set out in the written contract for each project. Materials ordered specifically for your project are non-refundable once delivered.
Workmanship warranty
We provide a written one-year warranty on our labor. Manufacturer warranties on shingles, fixtures and other materials are passed through to you and are governed by those manufacturers' terms. The warranty does not cover damage from storms, misuse, alterations by others, or normal wear.
Licensing
NC General Contractor License #83271 · Licensed in South Carolina. We are fully insured and can provide certificates upon request.
