We're based in south Charlotte, so Ballantyne, Providence and SouthPark are our backyard. Roofing, kitchens, baths and drywall, from second roofs on 90s builds to plaster repairs in Dilworth bungalows. Since 1992.
QUALITY CRAFTSMANSHIP SINCE 1992
Charlotte is home for us — our base address is on Garmoyle St in the Ballantyne area, and most of our work happens within a short drive of it. That means we know the housing stock: 1990s Providence-area homes hitting their second roof, older Dilworth and Plaza Midwood bungalows with plaster and settling, and newer south Charlotte builds where the builder-grade kitchen is ready for an upgrade.
We work across the city, from SouthPark and Myers Park to Steele Creek, University City, NoDa and Ballantyne, handling everything from a leaking valley to a full kitchen renovation.

“Scot remodeled my kitchen and transformed it from top to bottom with new tile flooring, corian countertops, and installed a window seat. His work is amazing and he has got such a creative eye for design! The job was finished sooner than i initially thought too.”
“We recently discovered leaks in our great room, downstairs. In the corner drywall and on the ceiling. Scott was terrific and was able to explain the issue. He took pictures and showed us results. I would certainly recommend him. Total professional.”
“Scot did a great job replacing the roof and repairing a structural beam. He was conscientious and very professional.”
